Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BrushNBeyond. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our WooCommerce store at brushnbeyond.com.


1) Order Processing

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Cut‑off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre‑orders / Made‑to‑order: Items marked as pre‑order or made‑to‑order have extended lead times shown on the product page; your entire order may ship together when all items are ready unless you choose split shipping at checkout (fees may apply).
  • Verification: For your security, orders may undergo fraud screening. This can add 1 business day to processing.

2) Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

Note: Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or incorrect addresses.

3) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Calculated rates: Real‑time rates are pulled from USPS at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service.
  • Free shipping threshold: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $200 to the United States and Canada. Threshold applies to product subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

4) Shipping Areas

  • Domestic: We currently ship to the United States (including AK/HI/PR).
  • International: We ship to Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees assessed by the destination country (see Section 8).

5) Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and view tracking under My Orders.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive the shipment confirmation.

6) Split Shipments

We may ship your order in multiple packages to speed delivery or due to inventory location. You will receive tracking for each shipment at no extra cost unless you choose split shipping for pre‑orders or backorders.

7) Delivery Issues

  • Address changes: We can update addresses before an order ships. After dispatch, changes must be requested with USPS and are not guaranteed.
  • Missed delivery / Signature: High‑value orders may require a signature. If delivery is missed, USPS will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.
  • Returned to sender: Packages returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping.
  • Lost or delayed packages: If tracking has no movement for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (Canada), contact us and we’ll investigate with USPS. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and items, photograph the damage, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and assist with a replacement or refund.

8) International Duties & Taxes (DDU)

International orders are typically shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means your local customs office may require payment of duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and handling fees prior to delivery. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned; we cannot refund shipping costs in these cases.

9) Local Pickup / Local Delivery (Optional)

  • Local pickup: Free pickup is available at {{Store Address, City, State}} during day. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.
  • Local delivery: We offer local delivery within 50 miles of Antioch, CA for $10. Deliveries occur between 10 AM – 8 PM PST. A valid phone number is required.

10) Holiday & Peak Season

During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday–Cyber Monday, major holidays), processing and USPS transit times may be longer. Please order early to avoid delays.

11) Ownership & Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to USPS. We are not responsible for delays after dispatch, but we’ll always help you work with the carrier.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted here with a new Last updated date.
